Returns

Used items:

Used items are final sales and are not returnable/refundable. 

New items:

Articles stated in "New" condition have to be returned within  30-days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the article must not have been used and must be in the same condition as delivered. The article must also be in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase must be included in the return package.  

Please note that the customer must pay for the return shipping and that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days after the return has been received and inspected.
