Domestic delivery policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will be in contact via email or by phone.
Shipping rates and Delivery estimates
The shipping costs for the orders will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery delays can sometime occur.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Thrift Tack ships to addresses in Canada and the United States, Canadian and United States territories and APO/FPO/DPO adresses.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation via email will be sent containing the tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24h.
Customs, tariffs and taxes
Thrift Tack is not responsible for custom duties and taxes applied to an order. Any charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Damage
Thrift Tack is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment. If your order was received damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
